Salmon Wellington, Bimini Island Brand, a truly elegant item that is easy to prepare.

We first take fresh Atlantic Salmon and marinate it to perfection, then wrap it in a classic duxelle made of white wine, shallots, and parmesan cheese. Then we wrap all of this into a delicious puff pastry shell.

To cook, simply place Wellington on a greased baking pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 400 degrees and bake for 17 minutes or until flaky golden brown.

We first take fresh Atlantic Salmon, then using a secret blend of bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and just the right amount of time, create a truly delicious and easy to prepare entree. To cook, grill on medium high heat 5 minutes a side, or saute on medium high heat for 5 minutes a side.

We use crab meat, onion, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, and Ritz Crackers for a rich, buttery tasting stuffing.
